You are exactly where you are meant to be

I've always liked to think that this is true, 'You are exactly where you are meant to be'. I created this a few weeks ago now, maybe even a month ago, as I've always liked this saying. I had planned to post it a couple of weeks ago and didn't get around to it.

I experienced a death in my family last week, when my dear Aunty passed away, which I'm trying so desperately to keep out of my mind. In reference to what has happened over the past week, I am not as satisfied with my work, as the words just don't ring as true to me now. How can my Aunty be where she is supposed to be??????

  1. Sorry about your Aunt. There isn't really anything I can say to make you feel better. I like to believe that everyone who passes on was here to learn and to teach. And when they are done it was time for them to go. Them dieing is just the last lesson they've given to those who cared about that person. Hope the pain will subside quickly and only the good memories will remain. And then those words on your art will ring true as well. :)

  3. I'm so sorry for your loss. Sometimes it's hard to accept what life gives us--or takes away from us--another part of our journey in life--I hope that this does become easier for you and you can celebrate your Aunt's life.

  5. Hi Kyles, So sorry to hear about your Aunty - there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to life sometimes. If she was suffering, maybe the fact that she's not can provide you with some comfort...but how can you explain a life ending when there is still so much more to experience? All very confusing and difficult to accept. I do think your artwork speaks to me as I seem to have received this message from 3 different sources just this week. Blessings to you and my deepest sympathy ♥

  7. I was standing at the bus stop this morning and a funeral cortage went by very slowly. Firstly, it made me think of my Mum and secondly, I thought of you and your Aunty. Although very sad at loved ones departing this world, I always feel that it is not in vain and that they will have left their mark with us in some way.
