Mail Art for Me

Look what arrived in my mailbox today. Woo Hoo!!! I brought these ATCs/ACEOs from whimsical Artist Megan K. Suarez. I have been following Megan for a while now and could no longer resist the urge to purchase some of her work. I love them and thought I would share them with you all. What do you think?

I corrected my mistake on my mixed media ATC.

I thought I'd share with you my corrected ATC from an ATC Swap on Willowing.ning.com. I triple checked the spelling this time. he he he

What a BIG mistake? Can you spot it?

These two ATC's were created for the July ATC Swap on willowing.ning.com for Anette Husum. This month's theme was 'Dreams'.

It wasn't until I scanned them into my computer that I noticed my HUGE mistake.Woops! I can't believe I never noticed it until now. 

So Annette, if you read this, I will be sending you another ATC to replace my dodgy one.

I'm so glad I can laugh at myself. 

Can you see my mistake? Has this ever happened to you? I'm so glad this was only an ATC and not a large painting.

New Items in 'Blissfully Digital' My Digital Store

I've listed many new items in my digital store, 'Blissfully Digital'. Thought I'd show off a few. My favorite are the printable ATC Backs. I thought I might print them onto stickers and sticking to the back of my ATCs, otherwise I'll just glue them on after printing on normal paper.

I haven't added many more items to my art sore yet, but hope to when I have the time. You can have a peek here.

Summer ATC's for Willowing Swap

The theme for this month was 'Summer Song' I'm really into adding text into artwork at the moment and have a few pieces that I'm working on, using text.

On a serious note, visit my facebook page to see my camping accident photo. I needed to have my lower eye lid stitched up. A tent pole will do that to you.

Stuck for ATC/ACEO backgrounds?? Blissfully Digital is the answer.

I've recently opened up a second Etsy store, Blissfully Digital, where you can view a variety of digital ATC backgrounds. Some of my designs where made using small sections of my original artwork that I scanned into the computer.
These ATC printouts have certainly come in handy for making my own ATC's in a hurry. All I do is cut of the background I want to use and work over the top of it.

I'd love for you to visit my new store and as usual your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Mixed Media ATC's for April Swap : Umbrella @ Willowing.ning.com

Here are my two ATC's that were created for Tam's April Swap, the theme being, Umbrella.  Meghann Lund is the new owner of these. It was the first time I have incorporated material into my artwork and was found it quite fun to try out.

I know it's been a while since I've posted. Life happens and before you know it a week has passed, then two, then a month. Ahhhhh 
Since my last post I've had computer problems and also been on holidays. Now that all things are back to normal, hopefully, I can post more regularly again.


These are two ATC's I created as apart of the March Swap on willowing.ning.com. The new owner of these ATC's is  Sorana Tarmu.  I hope you like them. As always, I love reading your feedback.
